Cooking Instructions
1.Preheat ocen to 400F.
2.Put the duck leg in a non stick pan skin side down for the crispy crunch.
3.Apply the remaining fat on the skin before placing in the oven.
4.Reheat in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
5.Carefully check the leg lifting gently and make sure wearing oven mitts.
6.Reserve the duck on side, and in the same pan with residual fat, add potatoes and mushrooms, a little bit of garlic and season.
Serve along and enjoy with a glass of wine!

Paired best with a salad and roast potatoes.
Pinot Noir, Merlot, Pinot Gris, Dry Chardonay.

Cook a couple of sunny side-up eggs and eat along with duck leg.
Storage Instructions
Frozen to thaw- 1 day before consumption in the fridge.
Keep refrigerated for up to 4 weeks. Best consumed within 2 weeks of operating.
If frozen good for 3 months.
